PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Sunriver Homes to Rent Cancellation Policy:

  • Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.

  • Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in will get a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations less than 30 days will get no refund.

  • No refunds will be given for delayed arrival or early departure.

Parking:

Parking for up to 8 cars in the driveway is provided. Park ONLY on the asphalt of the driveway. Do NOT park in any yard areas. Additionally, Sunriver does not allow parking in the street or common areas and may ticket vehicles illegally parked.

Note:

Do NOT take any of the audio/visual equipment out of the entertainment center in the Great Room. Do NOT move the large-screen television out of the entertainment center. And Do NOT rewire any of the audio/visual equipment. There is a connected HDMI cable for your use.

Questions:

A notebook with information about most aspects of the home is provided near the kitchen. It contains information you will need to review as well as telephone numbers you may need. If you have any questions, you can reach Gordon Gale on his cell phone at 503.539.2355.

Damage and Incidentals:

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.


Check In:

Check-in time is 4:30 PM. We're sorry, but we are not a hotel and are not able to accommodate early arrival. Please help our cleaning crew by not arriving before this time.

Check Out:

Check-out time is 10:30 AM. Timely departure is critical in order to provide the cleaning crew with enough time to clean before the next guests arrive. Unauthorized occupancy after this time may result in additional charges.

Access:

The house has an electronic deadbolt that is easily unlocked with an access code. Your personal access code will be e-mailed to you prior to your arrival date.

Minimum Age:

Must be at least 25 years of age. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to cancellation and the forfeiture of advance payment of rent or deposit; the group will NOT be permitted to check in.

Minimum Stay:

Minimum stays are required and vary according to the season.

Restrictions:

No smoking! No pets!

► No pets - Pets are strictly prohibited! Our policy of no pets is firm. We advertise both our homes that way and people who may have pet allergies or other such issues expect our home to be truly pet free.
