We offer special pricing deals at various times of the year, subject to some holiday restrictions:
• January and February we offer a “3 Plus 1” special where you pay for 3 nights at the In-Season rate and we’ll give you 1 additional night for FREE!
• March to mid-June, and again Labor Day to mid-December, we offer a “2 Plus 2” special where you pay for 2 nights at the In-Season rate and we’ll give you 2 additional nights for FREE! This is our very best pricing and works great even if you’re only able to stay for 3 nights during these periods.

There is also a $500 Cleaning Fee and a $65 per night Property Fee.
Once the above charges are added together there are two Lodging Taxes added. One is a Deschutes County tax of 8% and one is a State of Oregon tax of 1.5%.
